If you have
questions regarding the status of your order, please

You should receive a confirmation shipping
email with copy of invoice immediately upon submitting your order. If you
do not receive an email copy, check your spam folder first, then contact
us via email for a copy.

If you still have not received your order within 10 days of
receiving shipment confirmation, email us.
If an order has not been received within 30 days of order date, a duplicate order can be requested and a Claim will be initiated by us. The
Buyer agrees to pay for the second order to be shipped via USPS Priority
Mail Insured at the postal rate, and will be credited back for the original order, once a claim has been filed and reimbured by the US PS. Under no circumstances will a duplicate order be
re-shipped without pre-payment.
It is important when requesting a
duplicate shipment that you follow the directions below, in order to
receive your duplicate order and credit back.
Please include your Invoice # in the subject line of your email
and any questions or comments in the body, along with your full name,
address and phone number. Including this information will allow us to contact you, if your package tracking indicates a delay or misdirected order.
